- Who do we use?
Fastway Couriers in New Zealand and Flywayex for International Orders. How much will it cost me?
New Zealand FREE for all orders over $100NZD.
Orders in under $100NZD will be $6 or $10 Rural.
All International orders will be $7/kg.
Please note, for any orders outside of New Zealand, we suggest you check the rules and regulations of your country in regards to receiving packages prior to placing your order. If an item is returned to us because the address provided is undeliverable a refund will not be made on the shipping costs.
- How long will it take?
Nationwide: 3-4 working days. Please ensure you provide a physical address as all deliveries require a signature upon arrival.
In order to avoid delivery delays please ensure someone will be at the address to sign for the parcel. Otherwise, a calling card will be left with instructions on how to collect your parcel.
Rural: 4-6 working days. Please note rural deliveries may result in an extra 2 working days from the standard delivery times.
Please note that if your order is placed over the weekend or a public holiday, the dispatch process will not begin until the next working day.
Your order will be processed and shipped to you as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
International: 10-21 working days. Please ensure you provide a physical address as all deliveries require a signature upon arrival. - An item in my order is incorrect
If you have received an incorrect item, please let us know straight away by contacting our team on 09-520 0225 or by
emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.We will sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
- Can I arrange to collect my item instead of having them couriered?
No problem if you want to collect it from any of our stores please call us on 09-520 0225.
- Can I change the delivery address for an order that I have already submitted?
Yes, it is possible to change your delivery address once your order has been submitted, please send an email to our Dispatch team on email@example.com with the new address, or phone 09-520 0225.

If for any reason you need your order quickly please

- Our Returns Policy
We understand that buying clothing online can be tricky as you've never felt the product or tried it on.
That's why we have a lenient returns policy that allows you to get a full refund for any products that you're not happy with.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in the original condition within 21 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.
- Can I return or exchange items that I buy online at kidsaround retail stores?
Yes. You can return or exchange an item that you have bought at our online store or at our retail store if the item has not been worn, is in a saleable condition, you still have the tags, and you have kept your proof of purchase, within 7 Days.
- I've ordered the wrong size or color, how can I exchange it?
You can exchange the size of any product you buy at our online store or at our retail store. Please note that the online store may be out of stock for the new size and color you are after.

- My purchase is faulty, how can I exchange it?
Our Quality Control team inspect every delivery into kidsaround to ensure that the products you receive meet our high-quality standards. However, if you do receive a product that is faulty, please contact our team at email@example.com or by phone on 09-520 0225 to arrange a free return delivery and an exchange or refund. You may also take the product to our retail store to receive an exchange or refund.
- Will I have to pay another courier fee for return or replacement product?
Postage charges on returns are not refundable. However, if you are returning an item for exchange (i.e. the same style is being changed for a different size or color), you are not required to pay for standard delivery on the outgoing parcel.
